    Rohit Sharma became the first Indian cricketer to throw a ceremonial pitch in a Major League Baseball match.     1:00pm – Pakistan announce 15-man squad for T20I series against Scotland

    Pakistan have named their 15-man squad for the two T20Is against Scotland at Edinburgh. Haris Sohail comes in for the injured Babar Azam while teenage pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi has been retained after a promising debut against West Indies.     11:00am – Shahid Afridi among several stars picked in Global T20 Canada player-draft

    The player-draft for the inaugural Global T20 Canada league was conducted on Sunday with several stars being picked up by five franchises.     Pakistan came back down to earth with a bump on Sunday as England claimed an emphatic second Test victory by an innings and 55 runs at Headingley to tie the series 1-1.

    The hosts well and truly bounced back following an horrendous performance at Lord’s, but Pakistan can still be proud of their showing on the tour.
