    23:55pm – England thrash Australia by four wickets in fourth ODI

    Some really explosive batting from England has seen the hosts thrash Australia by six wickets in the fourth ODI at Chester-le-Street. Given a target of 311 by the Aussies, England cantered home to a victory with a staggering 33 balls to spare in the end. You can check out the scorecard from this mayhem by clicking here.     20:30pm – India busiest team in ICC’s new Future Tours Programme

    The ICC released the new Future Tours Programme (FTP) for the five-year period from 2018-23 on Wednesday. Team India will be the busiest of all teams with a total of 203 international matches across all formats during this period.     19:00pm -Afghanistan to play maiden Test in Australia in 2020

    Under the new Future Tours Programme (FTP) released by the ICC on Wednesday, Afghanistan will travel to Australia for a one-off Test in 2020.     18:00pm – Pakistan’s Ahmed Shehzad facing ban of up to six months for failing dope test

    According to latest reports from Pakistan, opening batsman Ahmed Shehzad is the player in question to have failed the dope test. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had on Wednesday confirmed that a national team player had been confirmed to have failed a dope test. Read more on this developing story here.

    16:45pm – Australia bat first in fourth ODI against England

    England and Australia lock horns once again at Chester-le-Street just two days after the hosts put up a world-record 481-6 in their 242-run win in the third ODI at Trent Bridge. Eoin Morgan’s men have taken an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series and have handed Craig Overton an ODI debut. Australia skipper Tim Paine has won the toss and elected to bat first in the fourth ODI.

    14:30pm – The day when Lord’s hosted two world finals 

    On this day – June 21, the Home of Cricket – Lord’s staged two World finals. Way back in 1975, West Indies played Australia in the first-ever World Cup final while in 2009 Pakistan took on Sri Lanka. Read more on those two matches here.
