    3:00pm – David Warner eyeing 2019 World Cup return with Australia

    David Warner might be serving a 12-month ban from international cricket handed by Cricket Australia but the left-hander is already training his sights on helping the side defend their World Cup crown at the 2019 edition in England. Warner made the comments after making his debut in the Northern Territory Strike League on Saturday.

    1:30pm – Mustafizur Rahman’s participation in overseas T20 leagues to be curtailed

    Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman could be prevented from participating in overseas T20 leagues in the near future if the words of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Nazmul Hassan are anything to go by. The pacer has struggled with injuries in recent times and had to miss Bangladesh’s Test series in the West Indies after injuring himself in the IPL this year.

    12:00pm – Adil Rashid ready for Test recall against India

    England leg-spinner Adil Rashid is being touted as a possible selection for the upcoming five-match series against India after his displays in the three ODIs. The spinner has not played Test cricket since December, 2016 and signed a white-ball only contract with Yorkshire earlier this year. However, should a Test recall arrive, Rashid is ready to answer it.
