After the Indian team to face New Zealand was announced by the BCCI on Monday, a few cricket analysts and fans quickly expressed their thoughts about the selection on Twitter.
The squad selected was, more or less, what was expected but some fans were unhappy that Gautam Gambhir – who has been in terrific form in the Duleep Trophy – wasn’t picked.
There were some, as usual, trolling the likes of Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma whose selection in the squad is hardly a surprise.
