  • The World T20 final takes place at Kolkata's Eden Gardens.

After almost a month of cricket that involved upsets, spectacular bowling and explosive batting, England and the West Indies are the last two teams standing in the World T20 final.

Before the tournament pundits had both sides down as dark horses at best, and the fact that England were beaten by their fellow finalists in the first round of the tournament makes the match-up even more ironic.

Chris Gayle’s is probably the game’s most important player, but Windies fans will be worried that he has scored just seven runs since his century against England in the first round.

History favours the Caribbean side given that England have played West Indies four times in the World T20, and lost each of those games.
