Ravichandran Ashwin completed yet another 10-wicket match haul as India wrapped up the series with an innings and 36-run victory over England in the fourth Test at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
With this win, the hosts now have an unassailable 3-0 lead in the series with one Test left. India, who are the number one Test team in the world, are currently unbeaten in 17 consecutive Test matches.
The hosts needed just four wickets to win and Ashwin took no time as he captured all the wickets to fall on day five within half an hour. He ended the match with 12 wickets.
There was a lot of criticism for England’s surrender with the bat on Twitter with former Indian spinner Bishan Singh Bedi calling the performance ‘deplorable’.
Former Indian opening batsman Aakash Chopra, meanwhile, took a dig at England fast bowler James Anderson who had suggested on Sunday that Virat Kohli’s good form was because of helpful conditions.
Here, we look at the top tweets of the day.

Anderson has taken 4 wickets in the series. Shami has taken 10 wickets. Hope nobody is finding correlation b/w Jimmy's skills & pitches.

If you have skill, application and focus in the key moments, the toss and dustbowls become irrelevant.
2012 @ Mumbai - English spinners picked up 19/20 Indian wickets.

Cannot recall a weaker England display than this morning. They did not lose the fourth Test by an innings and 36 runs, they surrendered it.
