    Sri Lanka squeaked home in a low-scoring Twenty20 against South Africa, Dinesh Chandimal playing the decisive knock in Colombo. Proteas skipper JP Duminy chose to bat first but saw his side rolled over for 98 in less than 17 overs and consigned to a three-wicket defeat.

    South Africa pacer Kagiso Rabada has been crowned as Wisden’s Golden Boy for 2018 after another spectacular year in international cricket.

    The young pacer clinched the award after a stellar year in which he climbed to the top of the ICC Test rankings for bowlers.

    7:00pm – Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and VVS Laxman could be removed from CAC

    The BCCI is set to give the Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) a big shakedown with its members set to become honorary instead of the current paid positions. Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and VVS Laxman are currently a part of the CAC and they could be required to step down now in order to avoid any conflict of interests with their other paid positions in the BCCI.
