    10:30pm – Bhuvneshwar Kumar reportedly ruled out of England Test series

    India could miss the services of Bhuvneshwar Kumar for the entirety of the Test series against England if the latest reports are anything to go by. According to a report by the Mumbai Mirror, Bhuvneshwar’s recovery has been slower than expected and he is now set to miss the entire Test series.

    9:30pm – Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan ends Sussex stint

    Rashid Khan missed Sussex’s final Vitality T20 Blast group match against Middlesex on Friday after he was called up for Afghanistan’s T20 squad. The 19-year-old had been enjoying a maiden stint in England’s domestic competition and had been in impressive form of late before being called up the Afghanistan squad.

    8:10pm – Sam Curran unfortunate to have missed out on Trent Bridge selection

    Ben Stoke’s return to England’s playing XI has come at the cost of Sam Curran’s place. It will be a bitter pill to swallow for the 20-year-old Surrey youngster after his man-of-the-match display in the first Test at Edgbaston.

    8:00pm – India get Jasprit Bumrah boost ahead of Trent Bridge Test

    Ahead of the third Test between England and India, the visitors have been handed a boost with Jasprit Bumrah being declared fit to play. The pacer has recovered from the thumb injury he suffered in the T20 series against Ireland and his return is among our talking points ahead of the Trent Bridge Test.

    6:00 pm – Victory only option

    India captain Virat Kohli said his team has no option but to go for victory in the third Test in Trent Bridge after falling 2-0 behind in the series.

    “The only option we have is to win this game and nothing else and you need to show that in your body language, in your intent, the way you go about things,” Kohli said.

    Darren Bravo cracked 94 not out off just 36 balls as Trinbago Knight Riders clinched an exhilarating five-wicket win with one ball to spare against the St Lucia Stars in the Caribbean Premier League. A world-record 34 sixes were hit during the game at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground.
