Krunal Pandya might have put in a brilliant all-round performance which saw him win the Player of the Match award against Gujarat Lions, but the most memorable over of the day was produced by Jasprit Bumrah.
The 23-year-old was asked to defend 11 runs in the Super Over and boy, did he do a great job. He didn’t start the over too well as he bowled a no-ball first up.
From there on, it was a masterclass of yorkers and slower deliveries as he conceded just six runs in the over with only two runs coming off the bat.
Considering he was up against two experienced batsmen in Aaron Finch and Brendon McCullum, it was a terrific effort from the Indian fast bowler.
During the match, Bumrah took two wickets for 32 runs in his four overs and also carried out one run-out.

Bumrah bowling the Super Over ahead of Malinga. That's #IPL coming of age...baton has been passed on officially. Performance over reputation
