The latest craze to sweep the internet is the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge as people from around the world subject themselves to having freezing cold water dumped on them to help raise awareness of the illness (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease).
A person receives a nomination from a friend before partaking in the challenge and nominating three more people, thus keeping the challenge going.
Of course, sports stars have also been swept up in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge including Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James and WWE superstars.
