Jose Mourinho has joined Fulham. But Chelsea fans needn’t worry as the Cottagers’ new man is not the ‘Special One’, rather his own son.
Fourteen-year old goalkeeper Jose Mario recently joined Fulham on a one-year deal – the longest a player of his age is allowed to sign when playing abroad – after impressing on a month-long trial.
The youngster, who played for Real Madrid’s youth side during his father’s time in charge at the Bernabeu, will represent Fulham’s Under-14 side this season as he continues his footballing education.
Mourinho Jnr does not have far to look for inspiration as his grandfather Jose Manuel Mourinho Felix was also a keeper and won one cap for Portugal in the 1970s.
