Kylian Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe has been drawing rave reviews for Monaco this season, and it’s easy to see why the 18-year-old is so highly regarded.

Despite his young age, Mbappe has immediately stepped up for Monaco, having scored twice over the two legs of the club’s Champions League Round of 16 tie against Manchester City to help the team into the quarterfinals.

The two goals are part of a purple patch for the youngster, as Mbappe continues to show why some of Europe’s leading clubs are contemplating parting with a hefty transfer fee in order to sign him in the summer.

How far can Mbappe and Monaco go in this year’s Champions League?

10. Volley against Napoli (2012)

Pogba loves scoring volleys. And this goal against Napoli in the 82nd minute secured an important 2-0 victory for Juventus.

9. Another day, another volley against Napoli (2013)

After Fernando Llorente and Andrea Pirlo registered early goals, it was Pogba’s turn to milk the limelight and a volley from 30-yards out earned Juventus a comprehensive win.

8. vs Siena (2013)

Giving Pogba too much space and time on the ball outside the D can be hazardous and Sienna paid the price as he unleashed a powerful effort into the top left corner.

7. vs Trabzonspor (2014)

A wonderfully-well curled shot into the right top-corner saw Pogba make it 2-0 against Trabzonspor in the Europa League.

6. Clinical vs Fenerbahce (2016)

While United were already leading 2-0, Pogba’s struck the left top corner just before break, thanks to a splendid assist from Jesse Lingard.

5. Stunner against Swansea (2016)

The Frenchman found the net with a stunning volley that swung into the top right corner to give United an early lead.

4. Against Torino (2015)

This has to be right up there with his best. Pogba struck the ball with power and accuracy to give the Torino goalkeeper no chance. It was a belter of a shot.

3. Free-kick vs Torino (2015)

When Dybala and Pogba stand over a free-kick, the opposition goalkeeper should always be worried. And on this occasion the Frenchman easily put the ball into the top corner.

2. Goal vs Portugal (2015)

Certainly not a power shot or a long shot from Pogba but this goal saw a sublime side to his goalscoring. Benzema slipped the ball through and Pogba nipped in to score from close range.

1. Goal vs Udinese (2013)

With both teams deadlocked going into the break, Pogba struck this beauty off the crossbar with his right foot and into the net.

Diego Maradona joined Pablo Aimar and some Korean football legends in Suwon as part of an event to launch the FIFA U-20 World Cup, due to take place in South Korea later this year.

The Argentine legend took part in a five-a-side match to promote the tournament, and even recreated some of the iconic moments of his career.

He made sure to reenact the “Hand of God” goal he scored against England in 1986, punching the ball into the net on Tuesday, although he didn’t attempt the other famous goal from that match, when he dribbled past five players to score.

Maradona also replicated his infamous wild-eyed goal celebration from the 1994 World Cup.

The FIFA U-20 World Cup will begin on May 20, with the final set for June 11.
