PSG forward Edinson Cavani said Neymar is the sort of player that “anyone would love to play alongside” as speculation continues that the Brazilian could soon become Cavani’s teammate at the Paris club.
“We’re talking about a great player, and I think anyone would love to play alongside great players,” Cavani said.
“But at the moment, it’s just rumours.
“The facts are what matter and if a player comes here he would be welcomed. But today, it’s useless making things up.
Neymar is said to be on the verge of a record-breaking transfer from Barcelona to PSG, and a deal could be agreed as soon as this week.
