Barcelona have signed highly-rated Palmeiras defender Yerry Mina, according to Spanish outlet Sport.
The La Liga giants had an option to buy the centre back for €9million and have exercised that right, although, the Colombia international will remain in Brazil until 2018.
Indeed, the 22-year-old will not join up with Ernesto Valverde’s side until January at the earliest but may even remain with Palmeiras until next summer.
Mina has been heavily linked with a move to Camp Nou from the Brazilian champions in the last 12 months and the deal has been agreed in principle.

The defender is currently out of action having injured his foot, keeping him on the sidelines until next month.
