Barcelona legend Lionel Messi may have scored his 600th competitive career goal on Sunday night in the win over Atletico Madrid, but it is his most recent Instagram post that is still keeping people talking.
The 30-year-old superstar was pictured in Blaugrana training ahead of the game, side-footing a pass but it wasn’t just any old lay-off. Messi’s knee and ankle appeared very much in an unnatural position.
From the image, it looks like Messi’s left leg actually defied the laws of physics and twisted virtually 180 degrees – causing many people to suggest on social media he just isn’t human.
As if another reason was needed to prove the Argentine’s unreal talents are from another planet.
