  • Barcelona have demanded a €30 million permanent deal for Rafinha and rebuffed Real Betis’ loan offer, according to Mundo Deportivo.

Rafinha, 25, has impressed coach Ernesto Valverde during pre-season after last term’s temporary stint at Internazionale. But he was an unused substitute in the 3-0 opening victory against Alaves in La Liga.

The midfielder knows he needs regular minutes to return to the Brazil squad and is highly unlikely to get them at Camp Nou.

The transfer window closes on August 31 in Spain.
