Nicolas Pepe’s sensational start to the season at Lille has caused him to come to the attention of Barcelona scouts, according to reports.
Pepe, 23, has scored four goals and assisted three more in five Ligue 1 appearances during 2018/19. Such form has seen Manchester United and Arsenal linked to his signature.
Mundo Deportivo have also added the La Liga champions to the list of suitors. They claim director of football Eric Abidal finds the Ivory Coast international “very, very interesting”.
Pepe joined Lille from Angers in June 2017 for €10 million.
