Zlatan Ibrahimovic took his Ligue 1 goals tally to 32 for the season as Paris Saint-Germain bounced back from Champions League disappointment by thrashing Caen 6-0 to open up a 30-point gap at the top of the table.
Ibrahimovic scored in each half, while Blaise Matuidi, Edison Cavani, Angel Di Maria and Brazilian defender Maxwell were all on target for the recently crowned French champions.
The win came four days after their Champions League exit at the hands of Manchester City, with Di Maria displaying his class by bursting through the middle and delicately chipping over Vercoutre in the goal of the game.
