    GARETH BALE

Gareth Bale is willing to move to Manchester United in the summer if Real Madrid decide to sell him, according to The Independent.

While the Old Trafford hierarchy has been keen on the Welsh star for some time, Jose Mourinho is still undecided, especially since his preferences for a marquee signing this summer are the cheaper options of Ivan Perisic and Andrea Belotti.

The long-muted big-money transfer is still subject to a few issues but the paper claims to have been told by sources from both clubs that a deal is “much likelier” than at any point in Bale’s time at the Bernabeu.

    RATING: 8/10

    SPORT360 VERDICT:
Florentino Perez may be open to negotiating a deal for Bale this summer as his sale would free up money to sign either Eden Hazard or Kylian Mbappe. Expect this one to rumble on if Madrid are to sell, now would be as good a time as any.

    RIYAD MAHREZ

Arsenal look in pole position to sign Riyad Mahrez, according to the Sun.

Arsene Wenger has around £150 million to spend this summer and has highlighted the Algerian as his key target.

Mahrez, a central player in the Foxes’ Premier League title win, handed in a transfer request last week as he seeks Champions League football for next season.

    RATING: 8/10

SPORT360 VERDICT: It remains to be seen which clubs would be willing to take Mahrez, but at this moment in time, Arsenal remain favourites to bring the 26-year-old to London.

    ALEXIS SANCHEZ

Bayern Munich are confident of signing Alexis Sanchez, according to the Daily Mirror.

The Chilean has been the standout performer for the Gunners this season but, having stalled on a new contract, he looks set to leave as there is no Champions League football at the Emirates next season.

    VERDICT: 8/10

SPORT360 RATING: Arsenal are expected to offer a new contract in excess of £300,000 per week, but with no Champions League football next season, the 28-year-old looks to be on the verge of a move to the Bundesliga.
