While Chelsea had a rather forgetful season, they did manage to clinch the FA Cup title on Saturday, with a close 1-0 win over rivals Manchester United.
Antonio Conte’s future though still hangs in the balance, as the Blues failed to secure a Champions League spot for next season and ended at fifth in the Premier League table.
