  • Woeful start: Liverpool's Mario Balotelli is yet to find the net in the Premier League for his new side.

Each week, Sport360 will bring you tips for the English Premier League's official fantasy football game. Fancy pitting your wits against us? Join the newly established "Sport360 Fans'" league using code 47463-715903.

    FWD – Mario Balotelli (Liverpool) – Started at 10m – now 9.3m.

Mario Balotelli living up to his 'batboy' reputation.

Mario Balotelli has made a torrid return to the Premier League. In eight starts and one sub appearance, he still hasn't found the net. He has made two assists but that is certainly a disappointment for any manager that picked him up for 10m when he first made the switch from AC Milan . He is now valued at 9.3m. This is the largest price fall out of all the strikers in the league.

GK- Tim Howard (Everton) – Started at 5.5m – now 5.3m.

After experiencing an heroic World Cup for USA, Tim Howard was a popular choice for Fantasy Football managers. However this decision has blown up in their faces. The former Manchester United 'keeper has only kept three clean sheets in all of Everton's 14 games and has conceded 22 goals. The epitome of his dissapointment was when Everton conceded six against the ruthless Chelsea in week three. The bearded stopper has also picked up two yellow cards. Many fans will keep faith though because of Everton's impressive defensive record last season. They kept a remarkable 15 clean sheets.

MF – Tom Cleverley (Aston Villa) Started at 5.5m – now 5.2m.

Tom Cleverley special (just not this season).

When Tom Cleverley made the move from Manchester United to Villa, it was a chance for him to reimpose himself in English football and regain his reputation as an international midfielder. This is why many Fantasy Football managers made a punt on the midfielder but it hasn't paid off. He has played 85 minutes or more in 12 games this season and hasn’t scored or assisted a goal yet or scored any bonus points. To make matters worse, he has been booked four times too. These aren't eye pleasing statistics for a player that was renowned for spectacular delivery and service from wide when he was on loan at Wigan earlier in his career.

DF – Martin Skrtel (Liverpool) Started at 6m – now 5.8m.

    Awww not another one!

For such an expensive defender, he has been a huge failure this season when it comes to scoring valuable points in  Fantasy Football. The Slovakian has played 12 full games and has only achieved two clean sheets. In that time, his Liverpool side have conceded 19 goals. Last season the hairless centre-back was a goal-machine netting seven goals, but he hasn't scored or assisted any yet this campaign.

FWD – Bojan Krkic (Stoke City) – Started at 5.5m – now 4.9m.

Bojan: Struggling to cope in the English Premier League

The Spanish forward has struggled to adapt to the Premier League. Many Fantasy Football managers were expecting big things from a player that had 106 caps for Barcelona but he hasn't delivered. After an excellent pre-season, Stoke City believed he could be their main man but Mark Hughes has preferred Peter Crouch supported by Mame Biram Diouf and Victor Moses from out wide. Bojan has played in 10 games and has scored one and set one up. Not good enough for a player of his calibre.
