Luka Modric‘s exchange with Neymar after Brazil’s 2-0 win over Croatia in a friendly on Sunday has got tongues wagging.
The Paris Saint-Germain star made his first competitive appearance in over three months after returning from injury to come on against Luka Modric’s side as a half-time substitute ahead of the World Cup.
The Brazilian took just 23 minutes to make his mark with a superb goal that broke the deadlock.
Modric and Neymar swapped shirts after the final whistle and the midfielder was caught in the video below telling the PSG star in Spanish: “We’re waiting for you, huh?”
Neymar smiled at the light-hearted as it has been widely reported that Real Madrid are trying to sign the forward from his Ligue 1 employers.
