The Real Madrid goalkeeper charged out of his penalty area and flattened Betis hitman Darko Brasanac when he was clean through on goal in the first-half of their Sunday evening La Liga clash at the Santiago Bernabeu.
But there was nothing doing for the referee.
Navas then produced an absolute shocker, failing to keep out Antonio Sanabria’s opener for the away side on 25 minutes – letting the ball slip through his grasp.
Should the 30-year-old be dropped?
Somehow the referee didn't even give Betis a foul. Most blatant red card for Keylor Navas I've ever seen. pic.twitter.com/FvRPo2ujhL

1 - Keylor Navas is the only goalkeeper to have scored an own goal in La Liga this season. Pressure.

Something dodgy going on here and not for the first time in #LaLiga or with Navas this season! pic.twitter.com/AGMrg3DnBz
