  • Diego Costa to leave Chelsea?

Well, well, well…The heat is on.

The January Transfer Window is in its mid-phase and teams are looking to make those additions and subtractions to perhaps get their balance right.

Sport360 brings you the latest news on some of the big transfers.

DIEGO COSTA (Chelsea to Chinese Super League)
    OFFER

Chelsea’s Premier League title bid has been put through a stern test, after it was reported that forward Diego Costa did not train with the squad for the last three days and was subsequently not named in the squad visiting Leicester.

An argument with boss Antonio Conte and a tempting £30m-per-year bid from a Chinese Super League Club then followed.

What’s more is that his agent is currently in China. That would be some story for this Transfer Window!

DIMITRI PAYET (West Ham to Marseille)
    INTEREST

While West Ham are not eager to sell Dimitri Payet, his agent probably had a talk with West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan and it looks as though despite Slaven Bilic’s keen interest one of his best players, Payet will be heading out this January.

Marseille might just be the preferred location for him, his old club have an interest and Payet looks to have refused to play for the Hammers again.

JEFFREY SCHLUPP (Leicester City to Crystal Palace)
    DONE DEAL – £12.5m

Leicester City full-back Jeffrey Schupp has signed a four-and-a-half year contract with Crystal Palace.

While Palace seem delighted with the move, Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri admitted on Thursday that Schlupp had informed him about the intention to leave.

PATRICE EVRA (Juventus to Crystal Palace)
    INTEREST

A move back to the Premier League after two-and-a-half years might see Evra playing alongside Schlupp.

Palace are close to signing the Juventus defender and it looks like Palace are as keen to strengthen their defense line as Evra is to leave Juventus.

OUMAR NIASSE (Everton to Hull City) and EVANDRO (Porto to Hull City)
    DONE DEALS

While Oumar Niasse has joine Hull City for a six-month loan until the end of the season, the deal can be made permanent.

Evandro on the other hand, is an attacking midfielder and has been signed for a term of two-and-a-half years for an undisclosed fee by Hull.
