  • Another day in football, another wave of transfer rumours to keep up with. Take a look at the most recent names and gossip being floated around in the media.

Will any of the following deals happen?

Let us know your thoughts by getting in touch via Twitter and Facebook.

    RENATO SANCHES

Bayern Munich will allow Renato Sanches to leave the club this summer, according to Metro. The club had beaten Manchester United to his signing last summer, but the Portuguese youngster has failed to hold down a place at the German champions.

While United are no longer interested, Chelsea and Liverpool may move for the midfielder.

    RATING: 7/10

SPORT360 VERDICT: As the summer has gone on, it has seemed increasingly likely that Sanches will be leaving Bayern, with his destination the only source of intrigue. If it comes down to a bidding war, Chelsea may beat Liverpool, but the Reds may move quickly to get their man.

Sanches has been on their radar for a while and would be a good – and much cheaper – alternative to Naby Keita who they have chased for much of the summer.

    ALEX OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN

Talk Chelsea is reporting that the Chelsea target has rejected Arsenal’s latest contract offer, believed to have been worth £180,000 a week. The Englishman has decided he wants to leave Arsenal despite Arsene Wenger’s best efforts to convince him to stay.

Chelsea had already made an offer of £30 million and will now increase their bid, while Liverpool are also thought to be interested. Wenger will decide in the next 24 hours whether he will cash in on the midfielder or force Oxlade-Chamberlain to see out the final year of his contract.

    RATING: 8/10

SPORT360 VERDICT: Another transfer that has looked more and more likely to happen as the summer has progressed. Liverpool seemed to be the front-runners to land the Englishman, but unlike Chelsea, they never made a bid, at least according to reports.

Again, Chelsea will out-bid Liverpool if it comes to that, but the Reds may be able to offer a guarantee of more playing time, and Arsenal may also prefer selling to Liverpool rather than Chelsea given the heated rivalry between the two London clubs.

Arsenal have played hardball with Alexis Sanchez despite the Chilean only having one year left on his contract; will they do the same with Oxlade-Chamberlain?

    ARDA TURAN

The Barcelona winger has not had a successful spell at the Catalan club, and Turkish Football says he may be on his way out.

Barcelona are said to be desperate to offload him, with Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal thought to be interested in securing Turan’s services.

    RATING: 5/10

SPORT360 VERDICT: Despite Neymar’s departure, Turan has not moved up in the Barcelona pecking order, with Gerard Deulofeu starting in the team’s league opener last weekend and Ousmane Dembele having just been signed from Borussia Dortmund. It  thus seems almost a given that the 30-year-old will leave.

Turan seems to fit the mould of winger Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has been looking for all summer, so despite the links with Liverpool and Arsenal having been stronger so far this summer, it wouldn’t be surprising if United gazump their rivals. However, the Turk will not be guaranteed a starting place at any of the three clubs, which may influence his thinking.
