    Rising 16-year-old star UMARO EMBALO has agreed a deal with Manchester United, according to a report in the Metro.

    The youngster had been on the radar of United for some time and the club appears to have beaten off competition from Real Madrid to bring the youngster to the Premier League, Portugal’s Record says.

    PETER CROUCH looks set to extend his time at Stoke, with chairman Peter Coates saying he would like him to “continue his career with us”, according to the Stoke Sentinel.

    The 26-year-old striker’s current deal ends in the summer, but Coates hopes to be able to sort a new deal for the club’s joint leading goal-scorer.
