  • Vidal is linked with a move to the west London side.

Though the winter transfer window just passed and the summer window is still months down the road, that hasn’t stopped the chatter of players potentially being on the move.

Across the world of football, there remains plenty of activity and stories that have football fans talking.

Here, we look at potential transfer candidates that could be heading elsewhere when the market reopens in June.

    ARTURO VIDAL

The Chilean star has hinted he will leave Bayern Munich this summer amid speculation that he could join Chelsea, reports Sport Bild.

The 30-year-old is out of favour at the Allianz Arena and has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in recent months.

Vidal’s place in the Bayern midfield is uncertain after this campaign when Leon Goretzka arrives from Schalke.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is keen on bolstering his engine room after failing in each of the last three windows to sign Roma ace Radja Nainggolan.

    Chelsea-bound? Vidal.

    DAVID DE GEA

Paris-Saint-Germain are weighing up a move for the incumbent Manchester United goalkeeper, Telefoot reports.

The French giants have invested heavily on outfield players, with the No.1 spot largely left with Kevin Trapp and Alphonse Areola.

But, according to the French publication, the Ligue 1 champions want to bolster that area of their team as they attempt to become the biggest club in Europe.

Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois and AC Milan teenager Gianluigi Donnarumma are also being targeted as alternatives if Unai Emery is unable to tempt De Gea with a move away from Old Trafford.

De Gea has been widely linked to the Old Trafford exit door.
