  • Although the transfer window is months away, clubs are looking to get a head start on their transfer business for the summer.

That means there’s plenty of action going on behind the scenes and stories to get excitement levels up among football fans.

Here are three players that could be on the move this summer.

Let us know your thoughts on these potential moves through Twitter and Facebook.

    EDEN HAZARD

Chelsea are growing increasingly fearful that Eden Hazard will leave the club this summer, the Daily Mirror reports.

The Blues were knocked out of the Champions League this week by Barcelona, and look like they will miss out on next year’s competition as they are outside the Premier League top four at the moment. That failure could be the catalyst for Hazard’s departure.

There has also been speculation that Hazard and Chelsea manager Antonio Conte no longer see eye to eye, with the Belgian frustrated at being deployed as a lone striker on occasion and with being substituted early in big games recently.

Real Madrid and PSG have long been cited as potential destinations for the Belgian playmaker should he choose to leave.

Conte's management may be driving Hazard out of Chelsea.

    AARON RAMSEY

Chelsea are allegedly monitoring Aaron Ramsey’s contract situation at Arsenal, the Daily Mirror claims.

The Welsh midfielder will be out of contract at the end of next season and has yet to agree a new deal, piquing Chelsea’s interest.

Arsenal’s recent history with players running down their contracts will likely give the Blues encouragement, although they will also remember last summer’s failed move for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who chose to join Liverpool from Arsenal although Chelsea reportedly were offering a better deal.

Ramsey has had a stop-start career at Arsenal, with the 27-year-old often struggling with injuries, and his form has ebbed and flowed under Arsene Wenger.

The Stamford Bridge club are ready to swoop if he decides he needs a new team to elevate his game.

Arsenal's contracts malaise could cost them Ramsey as well.
