    RODRYGO

Santos winger Rodrygo has been touted as ‘the new Neymar’ and has attracted the interest of Barcelona.

Sport report that Barcelona have met with representatives of 17-year-old to discuss a potential move to Camp Nou.

Many observers believe the budding young talent could go on to reach the heights of former Barca star Neymar. Despite his age, Rodrygo has been a regular starter for the Brazilian outfit.

The teenage sensation’s release clause is set at €50m with his contract with Santos running through to 2022.

Rodrygo and his father, Eric Batista de Goes who is also his agent, were in Barcelona for a few days on visit.

    THIBAUT COURTOIS

Real Madrid are looking to sign a new goalkeeper in the summer and Thibaut Courtois has emerged as a prime candidate to take over Keylor Navas although Roma’s Alisson remains a top target as well, Mundo Deportivo report.

Navas turns 32 next season and Kiko Casilla is set to leave the club as well, prompting Madrid to look for reinforcements.

With Machester United’s David de Gea seemingly off limits given Jose Mourinho’s reluctance to sell the Spiniard, Madrid have turned their attention onto another former Atletico Madrid stopper in Courtois.
