  • Barcelona could be tempted into cashing in on France winger Ousmane Dembele if Paris Saint-Germain offer up to €120 million (Dh515m), according to reports.

Dembele, 21, endured a rollercoaster first season at Camp Nou in 2017/18 following his €105m (Dh450.6m) summer switch from Borussia Dortmund. He had worked under new PSG boss Thomas Tuchel in Germany, and now he’s considering a reunion at the Ligue 1 champions.

Mundo Deportivo state that Barca are willing to be patient with the wide man because of his incredible promise, but an opportunity to see an instant return on their enormous investment could be too good to turn down. This is because of the impending recruitment of fellow Les Bleus star Antoine Griezmann for €100m (Dh429.2m) from Atletico Madrid.

Dembele accrued three goals and six assists during 17 La Liga appearances last term for the title winners. In 2016/17 under Tuchel, he struck six times and got 12 assists in 32 Bundesliga matches.
