Paris Saint-Germain could help star man Neymar get over his World Cup disappointment by reuniting him with former Barcelona team-mate Luis Suarez.
According to Sport, Neymar wants the Parisian side to land the 31-year-old Uruguayan this summer and help form a devastating forward line also boasting the mercurial powers of Edinson Cavani and Kylian Mbappe.
Suarez’s understanding with fellow countryman Cavani, as witnessed during the summer tournament in Russia, and good relationship with Neymar could be the perfect foil for the French giants’ Champions League bid next season.
The Brazilian’s clout at the club and say-so in the transfer window could prove to be the tipping point here, especially given the fact he is likely to spend at least one more season in the French capital.
