  • Marko Pjaca has helped Croatia to the World Cup semi-finals in Russia.

The summer transfer window is open and across the globe there is a frenzy of speculation as players and coaches look for their next moves.

There is plenty of activity and stories that have football fans talking.

Here, we look at the latest transfer deals that could happen very soon.

    MARKO PJACA

The Croatian winger could be on his way to Liverpool this summer after Juventus all-but confirmed they are willing to allow the World Cup star to leave the club.

Pjaca, who battled back from a serious knee injury earlier this year and spent the second-half of last season on loan at Bundesliga side Schalke, is expected to leave the Old Lady especially since the news of Cristiano Ronaldo‘s arrival in Turin.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 23-year-old former Dinamo Zagreb attacker is available for around £22 million (Dh107m).

Having struggled to settle in Italy in an injury-blighted spell, Pjaca is apparently open to a switch this summer.

    MARIO FERNANDES

Valencia are leading the race to sign Russia’s World Cup right-back, UOL Esporte reports.

The 27-year-old was a key man during the host nation’s run through to the quarter-finals of the competition, although he did miss a penalty in the shootout defeat to Croatia.

Regardless, the CSKA Moscow defender is highly-rated and is wanted by Los Che.

Interestingly, Jose Mourinho is a reported admirer of the former Gremio man but it looks unlikely Manchester United will enter the race for his services.
