KALIDOU KOULIBALY

Chelsea are still monitoring the Napoli defender and could pounce for their long-term target this month.

According to the Mirror, the Blues view the 26-year-old powerhouse as a like-for-like replacement for the ageing Gary Cahill and have the funds available to meet his £80million (Dh404m) valuation.

With former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri appointed as successor to Antonio Conte over the weekend, the Senegal international could be set for a move to west London.

Koulibaly, who has grown into being one of the standout centre-backs in world football, is set to make a call on his future now that the World Cup is over.

ALEKSANDR GOLOVIN

Monaco have made an offer to sign the CSKA Moscow star, according to the Express.

The 22-year-old was one of the stars of Russia’s run to the quarter-finals of the World Cup this summer.

Golovin, who still has another four years to run on his contract in Moscow, is also a target for Chelsea, Arsenal and Juventus.

The French Riviera side though look to be in pole position to secure his services and believe the structure at their club can get the best out of his talents.

FRENKIE DE JONG

Barcelona will meet with Ajax to discuss a potential deal for their highly-rated midfielder, according to Sport.

The 21-year-old started 25 times for the Eredivisie side last term, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the process. Ernesto Valverde is reportedly keen to sign De Jong as he looks to bolster his midfield ahead of next season.

The Dutch U21 star, who still has four years remaining on his contract, has also been monitored by Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea.

DANNY ROSE

Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing the Tottenham left-back, according to Le10Sport.

The Ligue 1 champions are seeking reinforcements at left-back after the departure of Yuri Berchiche and the mixed form of Layvin Kurzawa.

The Parisiens have targeted Rose in the past and are now set to reignite their interest in the 28-year-old.

Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino preferred Ben Davies over Rose for large spells of last season and it’s still unclear where the England internationals future will be.

RICHARLISON

Everton have joined a growing list of clubs interested in signing the highly-rated Watford striker, according to Sky Sports News.

The Brazilian was quick to make an impact in the Premier League after joining from Fluminense last summer, scoring five goals and providing four assists in all competitions.

Although he had an unproductive second half to the season, new Everton boss Marco Silva coached the 21-year-old during his time in charge at Vicarage Road, and is hoping to be reunited with the rising star.

Manchester United could reportedly miss out on landing Gareth Bale this summer.

The Welshman is expecting positive talks with new coach Julen Lopetegui in the next few weeks, the paper adds.

Meanwhile, United are looking to splash out £92million for Croatia World Cup wingers Ivan Perisic and Ante Rebic, according to reports.

The Sun says Inter Milan’s Perisic, was has long been admired by United boss Jose Mourinho, has been linked with a £48million move to Old Trafford, while Rebic, who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany, has also made it onto Mourinho’s radar.

Rebic could cost the club as much as £44m, the paper adds, with Arsenal also said to be interested in the 24-year-old.

Juventus full-back Alex Sandro appears set to snub the Premier League despite having been linked to both Manchester United and Chelsea, the Daily Mirror reports.

The paper says claims in France suggest the 27-year-old has agreed terms with Paris St Germain over a summer move, with a four-year deal in the pipeline.

Chelsea are plotting a £53million swoop for Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain, according to the Evening Standard.

New boss Maurizio Sarri is keeping tabs on Serie A, the paper adds, with sources in Italy suggesting officials will be meeting with Higuain’s representatives this week.
