    THIBAUT COURTOIS

Chelsea shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois has agreed to join Real Madrid in a deal worth €35m, RMC claims.

The Belgian World Cup star, whose Blues contract was due to expire next summer, has reportedly penned a four-year deal with Los Blancos to become their new No.1.

The former Atletico Madrid man has long since been linked with a return to the Spanish capital and has made it known he wished to return to the Spanish capital given he has family living in the city.

Everton are in advanced talks to sign the Bordeaux striker, Sky Sports News reports.

The Merseysiders are reported to have offered £30m to secure the Brazilian’s services. However, Bordeaux are believed to be looking for £40m for the 21-year-old wonderkid – a fee the Toffees may be unwilling to pay.

The former Corinthians man was one of the mainstays for Bordeaux in Ligue 1 last season, scoring 12 goals and providing seven assists in all competitions.

As Everton boss Marco Silva looks to strengthen his squad, the ace marksman could inject more class in an already star-studded attack.

    JACK GREALISH

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino wants to sign the Aston Villa star before the club’s tour of the US later this month, The Mirror reports.

The Midlanders failed to secure promotion back to the Premier League under manager Steve Bruce, losing in the Championship Play-Off final to Fulham.

The 22-year-old apparently wants to take the next step in his career and ply his trade in the top division.

The former England Under-21s star scored three goals and provided six assists in 31 matches last season.
