AC Milan misfit Andre Silva could have played his last game for the club after he sealed a loan exit to Sevilla.
Silva, 22, was purchased by the Rossoneri from Porto last summer amid great fanfare for €38 million. But his debut campaign at San Siro was miserable, scoring just twice in 24 Serie A run-outs as his new club missed out on Champions League qualification.
Sevilla have now swept in to secure their seventh arrival of the transfer market. The arrangement contains a €35m option to turn the switch permanent for the Portugal striker at the end of 2018/19.
A medical was undertaken in the Spanish city on Saturday. This saw him absent from the squad that faced Real Madrid in a friendly.
Silva follows another Milan attacker in Nikola Kalinic to La Liga. He departed for Atletico Madrid last week.
