Real Betis are set to make a move for Inter Milan’s Joao Mario, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The Serie A side were hoping to ship the midfielder out on loan to the Premier League, but with the window closed, Betis have now emerged as favourites to land the 25-year-old.
The Portuguese international joined Inter in a near €40 million move from Sporting Lisbon in 2016 but failed to shine which saw him sent out on loan for the second half of last season to West Ham.
Bayern Munich’s Jerome Boateng looks set to complete a €50m move to PSG, according to Abendzeitung.
The Germany international is inching closer to a switch to Parc des Princes, with the deal hinging on Bayern completing a move for French international Benjamin Pavard.

The former Genk man made 34 appearances last campaign, scoring 12 goals and contributing to the Eagles fifth place finish in Italy’s top flight.
