Barcelona midfielder Rafinha Alcantara is set to stay at the Camp Nou this season with Inter Milan unlikely to table a bid, according to the Spanish club’s international transfer director Ariedo Braida.
The Brazil international made 18 appearances for Inter during his season-long loan last term. The Serie A outfit seemed interested in making the deal permanent but Braida thinks Rafinha force his way into the Barcelona first team.
“Rafinha will probably remain at Barcelona,” said Braida. “He’s a boy who has great football qualities, can decide the matches with his skilful touch of the ball and can do it here or somewhere else.
