Manchester City will be holding a family event in Abu Dhabi for UAE supporters to cheer on their team when they face title-contenders Liverpool this Sunday.
Admission is free and there is a special competition for one young fan to win a full Sergio Aguero makeover – featuring boots and kit with the star striker’s name on.
The club have been holding Fanzone events in Abu Dhabi for three seasons and they have been attended by thousands of supporters. Altogether there are now more than 20,000 fans registered with the official UAE Sky Blue membership scheme.
Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini cherishes the fan base in the UAE.
“Fans getting behind the team for these important games is really appreciated by everyone at the club.
“Abu Dhabi and the UAE has plenty of Manchester City fans and I have met quite a few myself when I have been there.
“It’s just so great people both young and old follow the team and support them.”

The event is on the Manchester City School of Football pitches next to the tennis stadium with the fun starting at 4pm before the kick-off at 4.30pm.
