The Serie A leaders never looked like letting slip a 2-0 advantage from the first leg, and tightened their grip on the tie when Mario Mandzukic put them ahead after 33 minutes.
Brazilian defender Dani Alves crashed in a superb second just before half-time.
Monaco’s 18-year-old forward Kylian Mbappe netted a consolation in the 69th minute as Massimiliano Allegri’s impressively organised Italian side booked their place at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium on June 3.

Gigi Buffon – Another exemplary display from the 39-year-old who was finally beaten by Mbappe 7/10
Andrea Barzagli – An absolute phenom at the back, he barely gave the livewire Mbappe a kick 7/10
Leonardo Bonucci – His passing out the back enabled Juve to counter through the transition at pace 7/10
Giorgio Chiellini – Two outstanding blocks, one to head away Mendy’s fizzed cross and the other, a quite stunning block to steer away another Mendy ball into the box 8/10
Dani Alves – Across the two legs the former Barcelona full-back has been outstanding, both in attack and defensively. His goal was technically perfect 8/10
Sami Khedira – Went off injured early on with a hamstring complaint N/A
Miralem Pjanic – Missed a big chance in the first half but his work rate cannot be overlooked 6/10
Alex Sandro – Bundle of energy on the left flank but he had a relatively quiet night 6/10
Paulo Dybala – His awareness to drop in deeper to create attacks was first class 7/10
Mario Mandzukic – A nuisance all night and he took his goal well after Subasic’s initial save 7/10
Gonzalo Higuain – The Argentine had a couple of decent chances but didn’t make Monaco pay 6/10
Claudio Marchisio for Khedira (10′, 7), Juan Cudrado for Dybala (54′, 6), Medhi Benatia for Barzagli (85′)
Danijel Subasic – Harsh on Subasic who made some great stops but his punch which lead to Alves’ goal was weak 7/10
Kamil Glik – A solid clearance from Higuain in the first half but his stamp on the striker after the break was nasty 6/10
Jemerson – Was caught out of position numerous times and Juve should have punished his napping 5/10
Andrea Raggi – A brilliant slide tackle to deny Pjanic a certain goal but he also looked a little exposed to Juve’s counter attacks 6/10
Benjamin Mendy – Came into the side on late notice but his deliveries from the left were dangerous 6/10
Joao Moutinho – He was at the heart of Monaco’s attacking onslaught in the first 20 minutes and grabbed himself a nice assist 7/10
Tiemoue Bakayoko – Struggled again as he did in the first leg. Looked overawed by Juve’s midfield 5/10
Bernardo Silva – He had license to roam but wherever he moved a Juve man was close by 6/10
Djibril Sidibe – A quiet performance nothing really of note 6/10
Kylain Mbappe – The 18-year-old was a persistent threat and he eventually grabbed a well deserved goal 7/10
Radamel Falcao – Any other defender not named Chiellini and he might have had a goal tonight 6/10
Fabinho for Mendy (55′, 6), Lemar for Silva (69′, 6), Germain for Bakayoko (78′)
A tough decision given how outstanding Chiellini performed but over the course of the two legs, the Brazilian has been world class.
His finish was simply superb and the 34-year-old’s energy to track and quell the danger of Mbappe as he roamed out wide was vintage Alves.
