There’s no excuse not to remain active during the scorching heat with a wide range of activities and obstacles at Adventure Zone.
Part of Adventure HQ, it’s proved to be a big hit since the company opened six years ago as part of their drive to get people exercising with their friends and family.
With facilities in Dubai (Time Square Market, JBR and the Galleria Mall) and Abu Dhabi (Yas Mall and Dalma Mall), there’s plenty to keep you entertained whether you like to skate, jump or crawl.
Their high Climbing Wall, one of their most popular obstacles stands at nine-metres tall and is open to all abilities while their Cable Climb Course presents both a physical and mental test as you cling to swinging tyres and balance yourself, all while you’re seven metres above ground.
For the younger ones, they will not want to miss out on the Themed Fun Walls as they get to grips with climbing different features including dinosaur skeletons and a castle façade.
What’s more, you can also get to experience indoor caving in a 48 metre tunnel of twists and turns that offers a fun and exciting replication of real caving.
On top of that, skaters and bike riders can showcase their talent or practice their move in the Skate Park, while in the Trampoline Park, you’re guaranteed to have plenty of fun.
Sam Whittam, chief executive officer of Adventure HQ said plenty of people of all ages have experienced the thrills and has encouraged those who haven’t visited to give the activities a try.
“Besides Adventure HQ selling products who want to go out on a outdoor adventure, we are offering something different,” he said. “We have found that in this region, there’s a lot of hurdles for participation and what we’ve done in Adventure Zone is create a area where people can have adventure in an air conditioned environment. This will act as a launch pad for them to get into these difficulties like rock climbing.”

Prices range from Dh60 for half an hour, to Dh130 for 90 minutes, while daily, monthly, yearly and group packages are available.
