Meydan Motor Village will be the place to be on Friday for families and enthusiastic motor fans with plenty of free activities and entertainment at the Dubai Grand Parade.
Part of the Dubai Motor Festival programme, the world’s fastest car Bugatti Veyron and the rare Ferrari F-50 will be among the luxurious cars on display providing a perfect photo opportunity.
It’s just one highlight of a packed schedule of events that begins at 14:00 which includes a remote control car drift competition, a spectacular ‘Inspired Light by Infiniti QX70S’, live talks and stunt bike performances. There’s even an opportunity to be part of the Guinness world record attempt for the longest ‘selfie relay’.

“It’s a fun initiative that can involve people of all ages and we hope to make this record happen.”
While there are kids and gaming zones, football contests, there is also an opportunity to experience what it feels like to be behind a Formula One car with the F1 simulator available for fans to enjoy .
And at 20:00, there will be spectacular firework display followed by the Red Bull Car Park Drift Grand Finals.
Sixteen drivers from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia and Mauritius will go head-to-head with their eyes on the coveted ‘King of Drift’ title in what promises to be an exhilarating final.
Deoliveira said: “It’s a unique event showcasing all the coolest and latest gadgets in the motoring world.
“We have plenty of exciting activities and entertainment for all ages that will keep them busy throughout the day.
“You won’t find anything like this in the world and it will make a great day out for families.”
