The Nike+ Training Club (N+ TC) Tour is giving women athletes a one-of-a-kind, fullday training experience in Dubai. N+ TC will be in the Middle East for the first time ever on Friday, May 15, at South Ridge Park, Downtown Dubai.

The event also covers 13 cities across the world, including Sydney, London, Stockholm, Shanghai and Toronto.
Women in Dubai will take part in a day-long workout which features four exclusive classes, all led by Nike Master Trainers. The classes will be from the N+ TC app and will have a mixture of high intensity training (HIT), yoga, strength training and dance fusion.
The day will start with an opening performance and main workout, followed by athletes being able to choose between the various breakout fitness rotations, before closing with another performance and celebration.

The app now has more ways to connect with friends to encourage fitness, including photo sharing on social media sites Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Registration can be done online by visiting www.gonike.me/NTCTourDubai. If you have yet to create a free account with Nike+, you must do so to register in the event. Registration closes on Wednesday, May 13, or when the event reaches capacity of 1,000 athletes.
The cost is Dh100 and women aged 21 and older can sign up, while women aged 16-20 will need a parental waiver form. The event will run from 16:00, at which time check-in opens, to 23:00.
Upon checking in, participants will be given a training pack which includes the event t-shirt, water bottle and a towel. Grab your friends and experience the various workouts in a day of fun and fitness at the N+ TC.
