The Hot House is Abu Dhabi’s first hot yoga studio, offering Ashtanga – The Primary Series, Bikram and more. Vogue Fitness
Vogue Fitness is best known for their fantastic Yas CrossFit Sessions. The studio, however, offers an immense variety of classes that include MetCon, Spinning and Yoga. Another awesome feature? Their Yas Ladies classes which offer a comfortable environment where women can train together. Vogue believes in improving people’s lives through fitness, which is why they were a perfect match for GuavaPass.

Primal Gym
Primal Gym’s mission is to lead people to healthier and more fulfilling lives. The studio offers Les Mills classes as well as a variety of Martial Arts and has a fantastic vibe. Owned by an Ethiad Airways pilot, this incredible studio is somewhat of an institution in Abu Dhabi. MProve highly focuses on CrossFit, offering mixed and ladies only classes, kickboxing as well as their popular Calisthenics classes. The unique space with funky graffiti walls is the perfect place to come and improve your fitness levels and achieve your goals through tailor-made workouts focusing on every member’s needs. Let’s Go Gym offers a revolution in fitness. With Les Mills classes as well as belly dancing and even Open Gym time, this studio covers all areas of fitness. They look to motivate gym goers with indoors and outdoors spaces design to support a healthy community – and it is now part of the GuavaPass community! Emirates Karate
Founded in 1984, Emirates Karate has trained over 10,000 students in several styles of martial arts, including karate, kong fu and kick boxing. In addition to that, the studio also offers yoga classes on GuavaPass. Emirates Karate focuses on cultivating both bodies and minds through martial arts. In accordance with these mission goals, the World Karate Champion, and a multitude of other qualified instructors with international experience are Sensei at the institute.

The studio is the first professional ballroom dancing school opened by a World Champion in the Middle East region.
