  • Sri Lanka won the first of the two Test series.

The second Test between Sri Lanka and West Indies in Colombo is heading for a draw after the fourth day was washed out.

The morning session at the P Sara Oval was scheduled to start early after the final session on the third day was washed out but steady rain, which followed overnight showers, meant no play was possible at all.

Chasing 244 for their first win in Sri Lanka, West Indies had lost Kraigg Brathwaite lbw to Dhammika Prasad for three, minutes before rain forced an early end on the third day.

The second day of the Test was also affected by rain and the forecast for the final day does not look promising either.

Sri Lanka won the first of the two Test series in Galle inside four days by an innings and six runs.
