Ahead of the start of the Formula One season, Ferrari star Fernando Alonso set up camp in Dubai to train and acclimatise before the warm-weather races in Australia, Malaysia, and Bahrain.
To document Alonso's stint in the UAE, F1 sponsor Santander has provided a brilliant video starring the Spaniard.
It gives you the option to select any of five featurettes focusing on Alonso's training; CorssFit, Karting, Cycling and Football as well as a short interview with the driver himself.
First up is Alonso's CrossFit training and the ex-world champion can be seen working out on the Dubai beach alongside friend and former Real Madrid star Michel Salgado.
Next up is a short segment of Alonso karting around the Dubai Autodrome before he takes to the bike. Cycling is a major passion for Alonso, who owns his own professional cycling team and is a keen rider himself.
Alonso then swaps brakes for boots as he gets involved in a game of football along with Salgado and the rest of the Ferrari team.
The video ends with Alonso giving a brief interview where he offers his thoughts on the new season and the rule changes that have altered F1.
