    They also became the first team ever to win a Grand Slam playing more games away than at home.

    They started with a battling 11-9 win against England at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, thanks to a 77th minute penalty by Gavin Henson. They then thrashed Italy 38-8 in an away match, France 24-18 in France, Scotland 46-22 in Edinburgh, before wrapping it up with the win against Ireland at home.
