Intigral, a leading provider of IP video products and sports marketing in the MENA region, was recently recognised for its leadership in sports product development, content delivery and consumer engagement by winning a total of four awards across two different award ceremonies.

At this month’s Middle East Sports Industry Awards (SPIAs), Intigral was awarded three honours.

Meanwhile, at last month’s MENA Digital Awards, Intigral beat a competitive field of contenders including beIN Sports and the RTA to take home the honour of the 2017 Best Mobile & Tablet Application for Dawri Plus, the leading digital sports platform for delivering live match streaming and unique fan engagements.

Dawri Plus helps STC effectively activate their digital rights for Saudi football and provide an innovative platform for customer engagement.

Hamoud Al Rumayan, CEO of Intigral, said the awards are a demonstration of how Intigral successfully blurs the line of technology, digital and creative activations to deliver engaging sport solutions.

“Our recent awards are recognition for the leading role our sports team performs in driving return on investment for sports rights holders,” said Al Rumayan. “For example, Dawri Plus has led the way in the MENA region in enabling a rich-media experience for Saudi football fans that goes beyond video and includes a new level of interactivity, social and gaming. This role adds real value to STC and the investment they have made in their football sponsorship program.

“We help brands and rights holders to connect to their customers through sports by redefining the sports viewing experience with both technology and impactful marketing activations.”

Dawri Plus is Intigral’s flagship sports product and the ultimate digital sports experience for Saudi-based football fans. This month, Dawri Plus surpassed 1.1 million monthly active users with a daily peak of 410,000 users.

The recent accolades follow the announcement in November last year where Intigral won the Innovation in MENA Sport category at the BroadcastPro ME Awards 2016
