One of the sweetest moments so far at the Australian Open was when Novak Djokovic’s wife tweeted a picture of their baby Stefan watching Novak play Milos Raonic in the quarter-finals. Meanwhile, it has been a contest of who can take the best selfie Down Under but nothing will ever beat the 50-slam selfie of Rod Laver, Margaret Court, Ken Rosewall, and Evonne Goolagong-Cawley.

Stuart Broad should stick to what he does best
Stuart Broad landed himself in hot water this week with a pretty stupid tweet regarding… well, we’re not actually sure what it was regarding. On the one hand, Broad was keen to point out the level of world poverty in comparison to poverty in Great Britain, but with two ill-placed hashtags he instead made himself look like an arrogant, and extremely well-paid, cricketer lecturing those not as fortunate as him. Safe to say, he apologised…
Great irony of @stuartbroad8 ‘s comment is that he’s never stayed humble in his life. Makes KP look like Mother Teresa in humility stakes.
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) January 27, 2015
Broad hasn’t taken a single wicket in this tournament so far. Which, ironically, is very poor. #stay #humble
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) January 30, 2015
Stuart Broad, there, who’s private school charged annual fees more than an annual minimum wage salary. #stay #humble https://t.co/7hpZKtZSGk
— Eliot Rothwell (@EliotRothwell) January 27, 2015
Should @StuartBroad8 wish to #stay #humble perhaps he should try living on minimum wage and donate rest of his earnings to charity.
— Michael Calvin (@CalvinBook) January 27, 2015
Wonder if @StuartBroad8 has worked out how many humble Sky subscriptions or Ashes tickets you can afford on the minimum wage.
— Owen Gibson (@owen_g) January 27, 2015
Clarifying my earlier tweet, I merely wanted to emphasise my amazement at just how big the world is. (1/2)
— Stuart Broad (@StuartBroad8) January 27, 2015
No offence meant and sorry if any taken. The hashtag was aimed at myself. (2/2)

Big Bash makes big splash
Australia’s T20 tournament goes from strength to strength and Wednesday’s final was a bona fide classic, only helping the profile of the tournament.
Where’s @flintoff11 to console Brett Lee?
