Martin Laursen (38): The big Dane is not just an Aston Villa cult hero but he’s also acquired legendary status in the Premier League.
A former centreback for Serie A giants AC Milan, Laursen has plenty of fond memories to look back on from a solid career in football.
He enjoyed his most trophy-laden spell with Milan as he captured the Coppa Italia, UEFA Champions League and European Super Cup in 2003, and the 2004 Serie A championship.
But with the introduction of Alessandro Nesta, Laursen’s playing time alongside Paolo Maldini diminished and a move to England soon followed. Under Martin O’Neill he became club captain and scored eight goals in 84 appearances in the Premier League.
Tydus Winans (43): former NFL wide receiver for Washington and the Cincinnati Bengals.
Delonte West (32): Basketballer who last played for the Texas Legends of the NBA Development League.
Gael Clichy (30): France international and full-back for Manchester City, having spent eight years at Arsenal.
