  • Miracle worker: DeSean Jackson.

American football is littered with memorable comebacks, but this one by the Philadelphia Eagles in a game with fierce rivals the New York Giants from five years ago ranks with the very best.

The Giants held a commanding 21-point lead, going up 31-10 through Kevin Boss’ touchdown with just over eight minutes left in the fourth quarter. What followed was an epic fightback, led by veteran Eagles quarterback Michael Vick.

They scored four TDs in seven minutes and 28 seconds to stun the Giants. DeSean Jackson sealed the 38-31 win with a 65-yard punt return for a TD as time expired.

The win allowed the Eagles to progress to the playoffs, at the expense of the Giants.
